How it Works

The Album Club is a social, interactive, music review event designed to get people talking about music and albums. It grew from an idea to get more people involved in community radio and volunteering.

Now with our new host- The Heath Bookshop we're hoping to add in links in print & literature that might help us get a fuller picture of the artists, bands and stories behind some classic albums.

Each month we'll select an album for review- want to nominate one for discussion- email us!

Register your interest in taking part in the event- held at The Heath Bookshop in Kings Heath. We'll let you know that you have a place in our audience.

Homework- don't forget to listen to the key tracks and the album itself (see the Homework page)

The event will be an audience led discussion hosted by James Sandy for Switch Radio. We will record the discussion along the following outline:

After all that the recording will be edited for broadcast. It will air about two weeks after the event.
